The staff were friendly but our experience was
affected by several issues, including slow service and poor dining options. The breakfast was excellent, but other meals did not live up to expectations, leaving me disappointed.

Stunning views but not 5-star service
We had a nice time overall, especially enjoying the beach and views. Our room was cozy and newly furnished. Dinner at one restaurant was surprisingly decent, but the service was a mess. Waitstaff kept interrupting our meal asking about drinks, which was super annoying. Also, the pool needed better cleaning. All in all, not quite what you expect for the price.

We had a mixed experience, with an amazing beachfront view in our premium room, but the dining service was sluggish. It felt a bit outdated compared to the photos.

missingWrote a review on Jul 04cold breakfast
Communication before arrival was sparse, causing a bit of confusion on check-in and ferry details. Upon arrival, waiting for our room took longer than anticipated, which was frustrating given our limited stay. I had to make last-minute transport arrangements when I discovered our ferry drop-off was miscommunicated, adding stress to our short getaway. Additionally, while the breakfast options had potential, the hot buffet items served cold made for a less enjoyable start to the day. Dining prices felt inflated for the average quality, with transport fees sharply impacting the overall value.

Stunning lagoon views from the Premium King Room were a highlight, especially during sunset. The breakfast at Pacific was extraordinary, featuring delicious puddings and a vast array of options. However, more shaded seating by the pool would have enhanced comfort, and a greater variety of dining choices would be welcome.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The premium king room had stunning lagoon views, and the pools were perfect for daytime hangouts. We enjoyed some unforgettable excursions, especially the guided snorkeling trip that blew us away. For future guests, just keep in mind that dinner options can be a bit limited, so plan accordingly.
On the downside, the large iconic pool could have used better maintenance. it wasn't always sparkling clean during our stay.
